1. About the Service
1.1 Service Overview
The OKX Web3 Discovery Service includes:
- A categorized directory of decentralized applications and blockchain-based projects ("Dapps")
- Global Web3 and blockchain-related events ("Events")
- Interactive experiences via Cryptopedia to explore blockchain networks, Dapps across categories, and earn rewards ("Cryptopedia Projects")
All Dapps, Events, and Cryptopedia Projects are independently owned and operated by third-party platforms, which may run on their own blockchains. OKX is not affiliated with or in control of these third parties. The Service acts solely as an aggregator, providing users with information about these offerings. OKX does not host assets, manage transactions, or act as a party to any transaction conducted through the Service.
1.2 Digital Wallet Requirement
To use the Service, you may need to connect a non-custodial digital wallet (e.g., OKX Web3 Wallet). You are solely responsible for any losses incurred through wallet use. OKX cannot access your login credentials, passwords, seed phrases, or private keys and does not store or manage them.
OKX bears no responsibility for transactions executed via or involving your digital wallet—even if unauthorized—due to our inability to access your wallet.
1.3 Passwords and Private Keys
Digital wallets operate on decentralized blockchain technology, which differs fundamentally from traditional financial institutions. You acknowledge that OKX is not responsible for:
- Storing or recovering your security password, private keys, or recovery phrases
- Freezing or restoring lost wallets
- Performing any wallet maintenance or access functions
Securely store all credentials. Loss of access to your private keys or password may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.
1.4 Organization of Dapps and Events
The display order and categorization of Dapps, Events, and Cryptopedia Projects ("Discovery Layout") are determined by factors such as daily active users, engagement metrics, and internal OKX policies. You understand that:
- The layout does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or promotion by OKX
- OKX reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove any item from the Discovery Layout at its sole discretion
1.5 Information Accuracy
All content related to Dapps, Events, and Cryptopedia Projects—including descriptions, images, and data—is generated and provided by third parties. This information does not represent any representation, warranty, or endorsement by OKX. We do not verify, curate, or assess the functionality or content of any listed project.
You may encounter projects that:
- Misrepresent their features
- Are offensive, dysfunctional, inactive, or inappropriate
- Do not match their provided information
Use discretion and conduct independent research before interacting with any third-party offering.
1.6 Legal Use Only
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Evading applicable laws or regulations
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious actions
- Any illegal or intrusive use
You are responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction and adhering to all OKX-published policies, including risk disclosures and operational guidelines.
1.7 Prototype Disclaimer
The Service may include early-stage prototypes not yet fully audited. OKX assumes no liability for losses arising from the use of such prototype features, including loss of digital assets.
2. Fees and Costs
2.1 Miner Fees
You are responsible for all miner fees incurred when interacting with third-party blockchains via the Service.
2.2 Third-Party Fees
Additional costs may apply when using external platforms, such as:

These fees are set by third parties; you are solely responsible for payment.
